The Students’ Union offers a free appeals consultation service. It gives you useful tips in legal matters surrounding appeals (deadlines, forms, grounds for appeal,…) and clarifies the appeal-making process.
The result of every completed examination at the University of St. Gallen is open to appeal. An appeal to the university’s Appeals Commission is a judiciary instrument available to every student. The proper composition of such an appeal can pose several difficulties, as even apparently obvious appeal requests may not succeed due to a failure to adhere to the formalities. To this end, the Students’ Union offers free consulting for students wanting to launch an appeal. It gives you useful tips in legal matterssurrounding appeals (deadlines, forms, grounds for appeal,…) and clarifies the appeal-making process.
It must be noted, however, that the appeals consultation focuses on guaranteeing a formally impeccable appeal, but cannot offer concrete help with material matters.
In the event of a general or specific inquiry concerning this subject, please write an e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. A student appealsconsultant will contact you in the shortest possible time.
